Work
Every logo is completed work. The three stories below are the patterns. The roster under them is the full set.
1. Healthcare and medtech into a US buying system
Environments: 3M Health Information Systems, Mayo Clinic, university medtech commercialization.
The problem those rooms share. A technically serious product meets a US buyer who does not purchase the way the home market does. Clinical credibility, legal posture, channel, and the person who can say yes are four different maps. Teams that collapse them into “sales” stall.
The move. Separate the scientific story from the commercial story. Build the US power map before the launch calendar. Put the first conversations on the people who can actually move a contract, not the people who enjoy the demo.
Why it ranks here. This is the closest analog to current cross-border mandates: regulated or trust-heavy products crossing into the United States.
2. Enterprise commercial systems that do not convert
Environments: Comcast, Oracle, and adjacent large-enterprise sales and partnership systems.
The problem those rooms share. Activity is high. Revenue is not. The organization is full of motion — decks, pilots, “strategic” meetings — and thin on a single conversion design.
The move. Cut the motion that cannot produce a decision. Rebuild the path from first conversation to cash. Install a leadership cadence that makes the next deal visible, not just the last workshop.
Why it ranks here. US and EU operators expanding abroad usually fail this way, not from lack of ambition.
3. Founder-to-capital companies in the stall zone
Environments: Traction Capital, Storj, ScaleUp Legal, and the early-growth companies around them.
The problem those rooms share. The company is past the idea and not yet a machine. Capital, legal structure, sales leadership, and narrative start to fight each other. This is the band where most startups die — between early proof and durable growth.
The move. One operating picture. One story the market and the capital stack can both believe. A commercial plan that can be executed by the people who actually work there.
Why it ranks here. It is the same architecture problem as market entry, at a smaller balance sheet.
What we will not put on this page
Unsourced percentages and mythic “fastest to $1B” lines stay off this page until they sit next to a named engagement you are willing to publish. Bring the sources; the copy will follow.
